CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Courses can be very busy with many days being largely booked up weeks in advance. It is our hope to accommodate as many requests for tee times as we can so it is of course very disappointing when a time goes unused due to no-show. Groups of 12 golfers or more will be asked for a credit card number to guarantee their booking, the CC# will be held as security and processed only in the event of a no-show.
Notification – Of course we would appreciate as much notice of cancellation as possible, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Groups are responsible for the full number booked, changes to group numbers will be accepted until the closing of the Pro Shop the evening prior to the booked time.
