The beauty of the Osoyoos Golf & Country Club and the surrounding lake views and desert settings make for an ideal location for your social event or meeting. Our rooms are comfortably appointed and ably served by the Club staff. No matter what your requirements: a breakfast meeting for four, or a dinner banquet for 250, we can provide the space and services that will make for a memorable event. Click here to download our catering menu. Room Capacities The Banquet level is equipped with dance floor and private patios. Seating arrangements from 50 – 100 may be accommodated. The banquet level may also be divided in half for smaller needs (10 – 40) or separated work spaces. Larger functions of 100 – 250 may be accommodated utilizing all the seating areas of the dining level. Menu Planning & Cancellation Policy To allow adequate preparation time, menu plans must be completed a minimum of 7 days in advance. The guaranteed number of attendees must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations must be made no less than 5 days in advance of the event. Deposits & Payment Upon booking of our facility a $250.00 deposit may be requested to confirm the requested date. Deposits are non refundable but will be applied to the final bill unless there is reason to believe there will be damages. Final payment is due on the day of the event. Total Coordination The staff of the Osoyoos Golf & Country Club are always available to assist you in the planning of a successful event. We would be pleased to arrange for you, decorated cakes, centerpieces, entertainment, floral arrangements, audio visual equipment, and any other special needs you may have.
