Eligibility
Members must be:
- In good standing with the Osoyoos Golf Club
- Aged 55 years or older

Sign-Up Deadline
- Friday, May 23rd, 2025
Registration & Payment
- In Person: Sign-up sheets are posted on the Senior Men’s bulletin board in the Members’ Lounge. Also, there will be a sign up desk in the Pro Shop the following dates: May 7, May 14 and May 21, 2025.
CASH ONLY
- $10 per player for singles
- $20 per team for the 2-Man Team event
Payment Options:
- Pay in the Pro Shop to Billy or Roy on May 7, May 14 or May 21, 2025
- Or pay them directly if you happen to see them around the course
Awards
- Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded to winners and runners-up at the October SML / Fall AGM & Lunch.
- All entry fees go toward the prize pool.
Match Play Process
A Singles
- Single elimination format
- Players who lose their first match move to the B Singles Consolation bracket
- Each player is guaranteed at least 2 matches
B Singles
- Single elimination format
- Same handicapping rules as A Singles
- Loser is eliminated
2 Man Team (Doubles)
- Single elimination format
- Choose your own partner
- Played as Better Ball (best NET score per team)
Draw Sheets
- Draws will be posted in the Members’ Lounge on or before May 25th, 2025.
Initiating a Match
- The bottom name on each bracket is responsible for arranging the match (date, time, course).
- Be flexible and courteous.
- If disputes arise, contact an Ambassador for assistance.
Match Deadlines
- All matches must be completed on time as per the red-marked deadlines on the draw sheets.
- Avoid delays due to extended absences.
Handicapping
- Full and current RCGA handicaps will be used.
- Handicaps are adjusted as follows:
- Singles: Low handicap plays off zero; opponent’s handicap is the difference
- 2 Man Team: Lowest handicap of all 4 players plays off zero; others adjust based on the difference
Ties After 18 Holes
- Tied matches go to sudden death on the same course
- The Pro Shop will direct players to the first available hole
- Handicaps remain the same during sudden death
Reporting Results
- Report results immediately to Billy or Roy
- Do not write results on the draw sheets — Ambassadors will handle this
