This much anticipated invitational tournament is returning with excitement and competition!
Teams that participated in 2024 will receive priority registration. If you have not received an invitation to register for this tournament, your application will not be accepted.
Format:
- 36 Hole Net Scramble Competition.
- Must have an active Golf Canada account.
- Maximum individual Golf Canada index of 34 will be permitted. Player’s over 34 may register and will be adjusted to 34.
- Team index totals must be a minimum of 58 and a maximum of 96.
- Penalty for teams below the minimum factor of 58.0
- 57.9 – 57.0 – 1 stroke
- 56.9 – 56.0 – 2 strokes etc.
Pricing Details:
- Members (own/lease cart): $200 per player. Members without a cart will be charged for a seat.
- Non-Members (including cart): $340 per player.
Registration Opens March 8th to 15th at 9:00am

The Designated Team Captain will:
- Click on the Sunburst Scramble Team registration link above to start the registration process
- Select the correct team type (Member or Non-Member)
- Fill in the mandatory fields (*) for each player
- Complete the Golf Genius registration
- Complete payment by sending e-transfer to: sunburstgolf@gmail.com (one payment per team)
- Once payment is received the Team Captain will receive an email registration confirmation
- The program will automatically not accept further registrations after it is full (36 Teams); a Waiting List will be created
What’s on the Agenda?
Friday, July 11th (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- Kickoff with Registration, Beverage Sampling, Appetizers and Music.
- Optional Practice Rounds (after 12 PM): 9 Holes – $50 + tax, 18 Holes – $75 + tax (including cart on either course subject to tee time availability). Contact the Pro Shop to reserve a tee time.
Saturday, July 12th
- 9 AM Shotgun Start on Desert Gold.
- Evening Celebration: Dinner Accompanied by Music and Dancing. Smart Casual Attire.
Sunday, July 13th
- 9 AM Shotgun Start on Park Meadows.
- Concluding with Lunch and Prize Presentations.
