OUTSIDE SERVICE ATTENDANTS
The Outside Services operation is the backbone of Osoyoos Golf Club. Outside Services is the first and last point of contact with our members and guests. The key role of an outside service attendant is to ensure that the member/guest achieves maximum satisfaction from their experience at Osoyoos Golf Club.
General responsibilities will include: greet all member/guest arrivals warmly and professionally, oversee golf cart staging, cleaning & charging, provide member club storage services, set up and maintain driving range/practice facilities.
- Good customer service qualities (friendly, happy, outgoing)
- Basic knowledge of the game of golf
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
The Starter is responsible for giving the highest level of customer service. He/She allows the golfers to start their round in a prompt and orderly manner, and is responsible for keeping the tee times on time. The Starter must possess excellent interpersonal skills and communicate with golfers in a professional and courteous manner. The Starter is an important ambassador to ensure guests and members of Osoyoos Golf Club have an exceptional experience.
He or She is responsible for riding the golf course and monitoring the pace of play. The key to being successful in this position is being helpful, tactful, friendly and professional while directing play. The Marshall also serves as a communications vehicle back to the Pro Shop for status reports and emergencies.

BAG DROP ATTENDANT
Primarily, you will meet and greet golfers as they arrive at the club, assist with their needs, and do everything you can to ensure that they have a most enjoyable experience at our golf club.
To be successful you must be outgoing, have a positive outlook, and enjoy meeting very special people. A great training program will be provided to those that have good “people” skills. The shifts will be flexible and reasonable.

GREENSIDE BAR & GRILL
The Greenside Bar & Grill is looking for F/T and P/T Concession Workers. You will need a “Serving It Right” Certificate.
- Taking orders from and serving customers food and drinks
- Using POS system to ring orders in and charge customers
- Handling money and credit transactions
- Inventory restocking
- Having a cheerful attitude
