Are you looking for a fun group of ladies to golf with every week? Do you like the idea of having your golf game organized for you? Then the Tuesday Daytime Ladies League is for you. Open to golfers of all abilities with an option of an 18-hole or a 9-hole play, so don’t be shy even if you’re just learning.
The league is open to non-members but players must be registered with Golf Canada and maintain a recognized handicap to join. Guest players accepted on a weekly basis for a fee of $7, not including your green fee.
Running from the first Tuesday in April to the first Tuesday in October, registration fee is $50 for the year, pro-rated to $35 if you register after July 1st. Fee covers prizes, achievement awards, final Ladies Day event, and a donation to the Junior Golf program.
Sign up sheets for the following week are posted in the Members’ Lounge each Tuesday morning when you come to play and then on the bulletin board in the Ladies Locker room for the remainder of the week. If you are not able to drop by the course to sign up, call the Pro Shop and they’ll do it for you. Draws are emailed to all registered players the day before play. This is a social league so you may play with golfers with a similar handicap or people of all ranges.
If you are interested in joining the league and require further information, please contact Christine Jurgenson by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 604-817-5858.
